They usually gather here for hot piping noodles before beginning their work at the rubber tree plantation. And because of this, the noodle menu at this stall gains its new nickname as Rubber Tap Noodle.

Even though officially known as the Shu Shi Fen, this noodle dish looks like thin slices of dry rubber taps. Instead of the springy texture of Wan Tan Mee, Rubber Tap Noodle is wider and more chewy.
